Online Certificate Programme in 'Safeguarding and Rescuing Archaeological Assets'

The 1st December - 1st February iteration of the 'Safeguarding and Rescuing Archaeological Assets' Online Certificate Programme opened for applications on 2nd November. This programme, which constitutes the continuation of the course developed by the SARAT Project, run by The British Institute at Ankara (BIAA), ANAMED and the International Council of Museums UK (ICOM UK), is made possible by ANAMED. The program is offered through Koç University Online Programs as a Koç University Online Certificate Program. This is the second of four planned ‘rounds’ in the coming academic year. 

The program aims to help build capacity and knowledge among professionals working in fields related with cultural assets and preferably with prior experience in archaeology, museology, history of art, cultural heritage, history, conservation, architecture, urban planning, and/or tourism. 

The program language is Turkish and it is free. Term quota is limited to 500 people, so apply early! The previous period presented by ANAMED received more than 1,000 applications. The application deadline will be 23:59 on 8 November 2020.
