Zeynep Büyükyagcıoğlu began working as the BIAA’s Ankara Office Manager in 2025. A graduate of the Department of International Relations at Bilkent University, Zeynep started her career at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as a Refugee Protection and Resettlement Assistant. She has eight years of experience in working with refugee women, children and vulnerable groups fleeing persecution. She then worked in a managerial position at Bilkent Laboratory and International School, widening her experience in organisation and administrative duties working with Middle School teachers and students. Zeynep holds an International Baccalaureate bilingual diploma, and reads, writes, translates and edits in her free time.
