Researchers across the entire career scale working in the UK or abroad for a UK Higher Education Institution. Research must cover the fields of the arts, humanities and the social sciences that is related to and/or undertaken in Turkey and the Black Sea littoral.

20/02/2018 29/04/2018 BIAA Post-doctoral Fellowships

Applicants must have either been awarded a PhD by a UK Higher Education Institution within the last  two years, or have completed their viva examination before the fellowship would start in September. We also invite applications from people who have an active link with a UK Higher Education Institution and were granted their PhD up to 10 years before the time of the application.

Researchers across the entire career scale working in the UK or abroad for a UK Higher Education Institution. Research must cover the fields of the arts, humanities and the social sciences that is related to and/or undertaken in Turkey and the Black Sea littoral.

20/02/2018 29/04/2018 SPHS Fieldwork Grant (for Hellenic Studies in Turkey & the Black Sea)

Undergraduate or postgraduate students based at a UK HEI accepted as participants in a fieldwork project in Turkey or the region of the Black Sea littoral, that relates to Hellenic studies (in its widest sense).

20/02/2018 29/04/2018 Turkish and Black Sea Scholars Fund (for research trip to the UK or Ankara)

Scholars of post-graduate status and above from countries bordering the Black Sea.  Research must cover the fields of the arts, humanities and the social sciences. It is essential that applicants read this document carefully before completing the application.
